Return any unused item in its packaging within 7 days of delivery. Message us with your order number, we arrange the pickup, and refund by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 3 working days of receiving it. Made-to-order sizes can be exchanged for a fault, but not returned for a change of mind.
